The Brotherhood of the Black Truffle of Teruel, based in the emblematic Castle of Mora de Rubielos and managed by the Association of Truffle Growers of Teruel (ATRUTER), has the mission of exalting the history, culture, and good culinary use of the black truffle of Teruel, and promoting the enjoyment of all the experiences that truffle tourism offers in the territory.
The Brotherhood seeks to foster the pride and involvement of the local community in the preservation of this legacy, transmitting the knowledge and traditions related to the truffle to new generations. In addition, it will participate in international exchanges with other gastronomic brotherhoods and represent the black truffle of Teruel in events that promote cooperation and the twinning of truffle-producing territories in Europe.
