It can be said that the Black Truffle, both for its economic and gastronomic value, is the black diamond of the forest and the table. Specifically, the Black Truffle from Soria, a fungus originally from the province, is one of the most prestigious on the market due to its high quality and is increasingly in demand in the dishes of the most prized gourmets.

In the first months of the year, coinciding with the harvesting season of the Black Truffle of Soria or “Tuber Melanosporum” its Gastronomic Days are celebrated every year in the restaurants of the city and province. It is a gastronomic festival in which you can taste both tapas and menus made with truffle; a different, fresh and current proposal with true delicacies that perfectly combine modernity with tradition.
