RF Trufas is an innovative truffle tourism proposal located in Canalejas, Valladolid. It was born from the desire to spread the history and value of the truffle, while promoting the sustainable development of the rural environment.

Since January 2022, its founder has opened the doors of her plantation to hundreds of visitors, offering a unique educational and sensory experience. The days consist of three parts: an introductory talk on cultivation and the training of the dog Lucas, a practical demonstration of truffle hunting in the field, and a tasting in an old rehabilitated underground cellar. In this traditional space, freshly harvested truffle is savored along with local products such as wine, bread, egg, nuts, and a truffled cheese cream. The latter has been marketed since December 2023 as a gourmet product.

The visits, which take place from December to March on weekends, are aimed at all audiences. RF Trufas has established itself as a benchmark in experiential tourism linked to the land, promoting the local economy, crafts, and connection with nature.
