Community of Albarracín

The Sierra de Albarracín is located in the province of Teruel. It is part of the Iberian System, and together with the Serranía de Cuenca and the Alto Tajo, make up the so-called Montes Universales. It is a territory of hidden places and architectures of strong presence, it hides beautiful landscapes arising from a difficult orography. The Sierra de Albarracín is, due to its extension, geological variety and plant diversity, the most productive and diverse core of the province of Teruel in mycological resources, as well as the amount of edible wild mushrooms that bear fruit in it, allowing the amateur mushroom picker to enjoy an unforgettable experience.
