Living Lab Vic
CITIZEN SCIENCE WORKSHOP FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRUFITOURISM
February 3 and 4, 2023
Are you interested in trufitourism, do you want to contribute to the creation and improvement of this experience?
We invite you to participate in this living laboratory “Living-lab Mycotour”, in an experimental environment where you can co-create products and services that meet the needs of consumers.
In this co-creation process, both the agents involved in improving the truffle tourism experience (producers, cooks, researchers, etc.) and the end users will collaborate. We will share successful experiences in other territories and contribute, through citizen science, to the improvement and internationalization of truffle tourism in rural areas.
